Just around 4 days ago, on December 26, Saddam was sentenced to death by hanging, and now he’s dead.
The infamous dictator who was responsible for thousands of deaths, maltreatment of his people, all the while living the life of a king. I don’t know if this is the right death, I personally do not condone the death penalty, but this is the penalty that he faced under Iraqi law. A cruel death, but for some, probably less cruel than the deaths that he ordered upon thousands.
