Cho Seung-Hui Killing Manifesto
In the two hour period between the first shooting and the second shooting, Cho Seung-Hui managed to deliver a package to NBC, one of the major News Stations in The United States. In this package were pictures, letters, as well as video giving a sense of just how mentally ill this person was.
The video which you are about to see were released to the public, and gives a chilling look at how out of touch with reality and violent this killer was.
