Bill Gates, Donating $500,000 For Typhoon Relief Efforts
I can’t say enough how each and every donation means so much for the families who were hit by Typhoon Frank. Even though I have devoted so much of my time towards aiming most of my articles towards Sulpicio Lines and the sinking of The MV Princess of The Stars, I know too, the suffering of many families who have lost their homes, their livelihoods, and so much more, because of The Typhoon. This is why I am so glad to hear, that our recently retired billionaire Bill Gates, has donated $500,000 from his Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in order to help out in the relief efforts.
Some good news, in the tragedy that became the aftermath of Typhoon Frank. Bill Gates, the new kind of philanthropist, using his business sense, to wage a more efficient battle in making this world a better place. Sounds so kumbaya doesn’t it. Believe me, these days, I take any bit of good news about this tragedy, it keeps me going.
