“I challenge Congress and the President to do my Rotation!”
I was watching this the other day, an ABC special report, a true glimpse into what is happening in Iraq and what are in the minds of these soldiers, who sacrifice so much. But it is the politicians in Washington who say that they too are sacrificing… What sacrifice, Mr. Politician? Your poll numbers?
This kind of footage is something that politicians who support the war don’t want people to see, because it is real, and it comes from the mouths of soldiers themselves. As the soldier says in the video footage, “I challenge Congress and the President to do my rotation”…
