Today and the day before, the talk has been about Executive Order 464 and about Executive Privelage. From what I gather, EO 464 is nothing but a reminder that Executive Privilege still exists. And certain sections were struck down by The Supreme Court because it was against The Constitution.
On Tuesday, the Bishops called an emergency meeting. It took some time to reach a consensus and to finalize the statement.
