“Part of the reason why maraming hindi nagsa-succeed na mga livelihood projects is pagkatapos naming mabigay ‘yung raw materials, hindi na nila alam kung sann sila magso-source ng raw materials parang meron sa kanila dati, tapos biglang naubos na, namamatay uli ‘yung business.”

Damn, are they idiots? The reason the government is such a failure in helping the poor, is that they don’t give a damn. Just throw money at these individuals, throw “raw materials”, and bahala na kung ano, there seems to be no follow up on these individuals, no education as to how to continue..

Then the lady of DSWD, notice, notice, as she says that if the government doesn’t concentrate on this issue, it will become a bigger problem. OH MY GOD LADY! You are part of the government body, can’t you see? Don’t pass the damn buck. Then she goes on to propagandize the government of Arroyo, and belittle the fact that they are not doing anything, and that we should just live with all this poverty.
