I am an American who is married to a Filipina.
I have visited the Philippines three times in the past five years to visit the Family. The best thing that ever happened to me was being adopted by her family.
We traveled once in Mabuhy Class and the other times in coach.
And it has been my good fortune to have met Filipinos from various economic stratas. Without exception, every person I have met has been a very decent person.
From the tricycle drivers, barbers, shopkeepers, to the "movers & shakers" I was introduced to at the Sulu Hotel by my wife's "Uncle Judge", one and all have been the best people imaginable.
I have been helped by total strangers, and never had a negative experience with any person I have met in my travels in the Philippines!
It saddens me that some people take for granted what appears on the surface, instead of trying to get to know the person inside.
I firmly believe that if you treat people with respect, you will be treated with respect.
And in closing, let me part with this: Proper manners have nothing to do with wealth, and everything to do with how you were raised.
Don't shame your family.

This Malu Fernandez lady does not know who she is and where she comes from. Secretly, she is desperately ashamed of being Filipino. She PRETENDS to be wealthy but can barely afford to splurge like she's trying to. She complains about being in the economy class - then why not get first class? Because she can't afford to! Shame on Malu! Pretending to be wealthy and putting down hard-working filipinos who clearly know who they are and are not ashamed of it. In the end, si Malu ang nakaka-awa.

Malu if you are so "sosyal" as what you portray to be then why the hell did you travel economy? If you so wanted to avoid these OFWs then you should have bought yourself a business or a first class ticket, right? If you didn't have the means then you should just shut your big foul mouth and stop complaining. If you were in economy as they were then you weren't different to them class-wise afterall. If the sight of these OFWs sickened you didn't you think they had the same feeling at the sight of your fat ass taking their side of the seat in economy..as you said economy seats were small then your fat ass must not have fitted and you ended up giving that OFW seated next to you a hell of a time. That expalins why you got all those bruises..it was because you were so fat you couldn't fit in. Did you really need me for you to figure that out,ey?! You are not the wealthiest person on earth and people above you (and believe me there are many) can say nasty things about you as well because you don't look perfect. You don't even pass for a good sight to look at (i bet that's why you carried 17kgs of make-up with you when you travelled to cover that face you have underneath and even you couldn't stand that ugly sight) and by the way may i tell you that Emirates only allow 7-8 kg of hand-carry and carrying all those excess baggage is so OFW-like so what's the difference between you and an OFW? Your attitude is rotten. It seems like these OFWs are more civilized than you. You may claim to be rich and posh but your heart is so unpure. What does that make you?

Going to Boracay i understand how much you needed all those repellants because a person with a foul attitude like you really attracts all the bugs and mosquitoes. And I also understand why you hate the beach. Even me, if I had a body like you and a face pilled on with inches of make-up you try so hard not to get rubbed off and reveal your bare ugly face by keeping your head upfloat i'd feel the same way..But pls will you stop being maarte? It ticks me off.. Hindi bagay sa itsura mo.

You think this is bad?

Wait till you hear some politics in Ireland. You wont believe what you would see and hear.

Reading this blog, reminds me of a lot of polititans here, but yes, insulting anyone regardless of race , creed, class, disability or colour is just not very nice and should not be tolerated.
