Enrile to UN: “keep out of country’s internal affairs”
Looks like our dear old pal Juan Ponce Enrile is coming to the defense of The Arroyo Administration
MANILA — Senator Juan Ponce Enrile has told a UN human rights investigator, who is probing the wave of political killings in the Philippines, to keep out of country’s internal affairs.
Enrile had harsh words for UN special rapporteur Philip Alston, who has been meeting with Philippine officials and others from across the spectrum during a 10-day mission to look into the murders that have taken place since President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo took office in 2001.
“I told them, Look, have you ever handled an insurgency problem in your country?’ They said No.’ And I said: Well, don’t lecture to us about how to handle an insurgency problem,’” Enrile told reporters.
They may fight the investigations, but the word is out and the world is taking notice. Enrile will not bully anyone into thinking that these killings are purely an insurgency problem, nor can he say that the military is not involved. There is no amount of political spin that can undo the murders and killings that have taken place. Justice will not be served by the gun, but should always be in front of a court of law. Insurgency or no insurgency, this is not a blank check to go on a killing spree.
The whole world is starting to smell the stench of injustice coming from the corner of The Philippines.
No longer can this administration hide from its constituents in the House of Representatives, nor can it hide from their appointed officials. The Melo Commision Report is spelling doom, and the world will know of the lies.
The Web of lies are beginning to unravel. Arroyo, you may try to hide the truth from The Filipino People to whom you serve, but the world knows, and the word is spreading. When you give importance to Charter Change to stay in power, but fail to put to justice the military officers who may be involved in these killings, it is but child’s play for us to connect the dots.
Lastly I want to put this out there, because it seems so obvious. Enrile does not know the meaning of human rights. He is the last person to even speak to the UN. But, such attacks are just another part of the web of deceptions..
But oh… Oh madam president.

Enrile is a great patriot, one of the best Filipinos nationalists we have. I support him in every endeavor.
Gloria is also a great president, we are doing better as Filipinos because of her excellent implementation of her agendas.
