Miss Universe: Ana Theresa Licaros
Quick Break from Politics! Well, The Philippines bet for The Miss Universe 2007 Competition, Ana Theresa Licaros, didn’t win, and in fact didn’t even get into the top 10 which was a shocker for me since I caught the start of the show on television and saw just how gorgeous she was. This year’s Miss Universe pageant was held in Mexico City, and the winner was from Japan.
But Ana Theresa did win the Miss Photogenic Award which was at least some recognition to her beauty. Although, what does that really mean in the end? Does it mean, that, “hey you’re cute in your pictures, but you’re not good enough for the top 15″… Well, I guess since she didn’t finish in the top 15, that’s exactly what they were saying.
You can learn more about the Miss Universe Beauty Pageant or just drool over the pictures… Or both.
For me, it was a few minutes off from local politics, which has taken its toll on me. What can one do, when passion just takes over, you are bound to write…
