This is what i can say. The last real President was JFK. He was assasinated few days after declaring his intention to wipe out the Federal Reserve System.

You are shouting at the top of your lungs the word ‘civility’ yet you do not recognize the difference with saying truth in shouting “you lied” and telling so much lie in a civil way.
Joe wilson is saying the truth when he said Obama is a liar. You hate that dont you. But you like Obama telling lies in civil way.
