The CNN Youtube Democratic Debates

Youtube has become almost a haven for United States Presidential Candidates to get their message out without the cost that comes with actual television commercials. So it wasn’t a surprise when I found out that Youtube was partnering up with CNN to stage two debates this year. One debate will be in a few hours which will involve the Democratic Presidential Candidates. The other debate will be this Fall season which will involve Republican Candidates.

In the United States, the two dominant parties are The Republican and Democratic parties.

How this will work is that individuals have been able to upload their questions through video, and the candidates will be able to answer them later during the actual debate. This is what you would call a pseudo town hall meeting, only it takes place online.

For more information on the CNN Youtube Debates, you can go directly to Youtube and even submit your own questions. If you do decide to submit a question, and you’re a Filipino, please let us know so that we can feature your video here on Tingog.com!
