She’s Tough! Hillary Wins Texas and Ohio

Hillary Clinton has proven to those who were willing to count her out, that she definitely is the comeback kid. Barack Obama had won 12 in a row, including the early Vermont Win yesterday. But Super Tuesday Round two turned out to belong to Hillary Clinton as she won big in Rhode Island, and then the big state of Ohio. She held on to Texas, and now she’s ready to move ahead. In the end, it was all about stopping Barack Obama’s momentum, and she succeeded.

Comeback Kid - Hillary Moves Ahead

It looks like the attempt to ask voters to think twice about the viability of Barack Obama as commander in chief, including that 11th hour campaign ad in Texas where she asks who do voters trust to pick up that call at 3 in the morning, stressing her international policy experience, may have helped her pull out Texas and increased her lead in Ohio.

One Response to “She’s Tough! Hillary Wins Texas and Ohio”

  1. Actually, the Obama camp released figures months ago that predicted which states they would win. They didn’t expect to win Ohio or Texas, and don’t expect to win Pennsylvania. However, if this thing goes through June they predict to come out ahead in delegates. Hillary will probably then say justify her getting the nomination by saying she won the big states. It could get messy.
