Among all the Administration candidates, Joker Arroyo is one that would probably get my vote. Although I wish he did not have to be in the TU party, I’m not sure that he’s loyal to GMA either. In the end, he may have enough integrity to be independent of the current administration. This Political Advertisement for Joker is effective and straight to the point. I know he has a limited budget, but this was money well spent.
