Satur Ocampo Reacts To Panganiban Formula
With regards to our previous post regarding the “Panganiban Formula”, Bayan Muna Representative Satur Ocampo reacts to Abalos’ announcement about using the “Panganiban Formula” this time around. Satur Ocampo is also pushing for something better. Since in our previous post, it is clear that the mandated 20% that party lists are supposed to have in Congress has not been met by any formula, except the recommended Stakeholder-based Allocation method that was proposed by Felix P. Muga II.

Communists’ Spoiled Brats!
When the Suprem Court decides on their favor (e.g Bail from Satur’s Murder Case in Leyte, Release of Beltran, among others)they drumbeat these decisions.
But when it is againts these communist legal fronts, they are acting as crying babies!
Satur had said that when they are No. 1 it is just ok. But now that they failed to grab the No. 1 spot, they denounce the Supreme Court’s decision.
Communists pigs sucks!
Thanks for the kind words my friend. The photos are with Kneeko and he’s in Puerto Galera. I look forward to meeting you in person and I hope it will be soon.
I would rather have a sectoral representation than a district one. I view our district representatives with dismay and disappointment. Their’s is a parochial view and can easily hold hostage their constituents. Just look at how they sold themselves to the highest bidder.
@Mark, tell me about it. They should’ve complained about this even before when they were number one. For the life of me, if they wanted a better system, they should’ve done so a long time ago.
@Schumey, heheh, I’ve been jumping around from blog to blog for the pictures, nice to see your family grow
I can understand your dismay for the district representation, it can sometimes lose its meaning, and the selling of souls starts right after the election too, as everyone is scrounging for projects, and the representative is once again king of the purse in his own district…
