Obama Wins Grammy Over Clinton

Senator Barack Obama, Democratic Presidential Candidate won The Grammy Award for Spoken Word and beating out Former President Bill Clinton. Barack Obama won for the audio version of his book “The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream.” In a sense, both Clintons lost to Obama this past weekend. (And you thought Hillary was nominated?)

Obama previously won a Grammy back in 2005 for his book “Dreams From My Father.”

Bill Clinton was nominated for “Giving: How Each of Us Can Change the World,” and Former President Carter, 2002 Nobel Peace Prize winner, was nominated for his “Sunday Mornings in Plains: Bringing Peace to a Changing World.”

I haven’t read any of the books mentioned above, but I have read Carter’s “Palestine: Peace not Apartheid”. (Excellent Read)
