What i cannot comprehend after all that has happened is why people still consider quality of governance (assuming there is) is a valid ticket to legitimacy. I agree that Musa's sacrifice and the subsequent actions of the teachers in Pagalungan has given us a window to the truth. Unfortunately, since there are 21 other municipalities, it seems we need twenty times the number of heroes to turn things around. Zubiri’s 2007 case is a repeat of Gloria’s in 2004.
