It’s Who Counts The Votes
I saw the following, and immediately thought of Benjamin Abalos. Just a note if you don’t know who Diebold is. It’s a company who was in charge of the software voting machines for the 2004 US Presidential election. Trust me, just Google it and you should be able to get a quick idea of how an election can be stolen. It’s interesting, whether you believe it or not.
In The Philippines, indeed it’s who does the counting that is important. We know this all too well.
