The Scam of Lintang Bedol, Benjamin Abalos, and COMELEC
The public relations scam, ehem, court case leveled against Lintang Bedol is almost laughable. After over a week of waiting for Lintang Bedol’s reason as to why he shouldn’t be cited for contempt, they are again giving him until August 7 until the COMELEC will promulgate the case.
Benjamin Abalos is so smug to think that we actually believe that there is going to be any good coming out of this whole sham of a case, that he is willing to talk tough, alongside with Nicodemo Ferrer, but in the end, believe me, Lintang Bedol will not see the inside of a prison, not for one second.
The sham of focusing on indirect contempt is another matter altogether. It’s the damn documents stupid! Focus on that!

This indirect contempt is crap and should have already been finished with and done with weeks ago. He’s guilty. He’s evaded The COMELEC time and time again, and yet you still needed two months to actually level charges against him?
IDIOTS, all of you!
Bedol’s idiotic lawyer tried to have the case dismissed because, as he says, COMELEC has no jurisdiction.
What? Who the hell has jurisdiction? Denmark? Poland? It’s an election matter, Bedol is an election officer, so what do you have us do, have the Department of Tourism try the case?
So, there you have it folks, an update on Lintang Bedol, COMELEC, and the man leading the scam, Benjamin Abalos. Don’t think for one second this is all legit. It’s just a puppet show, to let everyone think that they are actually trying to get to the bottom of the Maguindanao Anomalies, because they’re not.
And when August 7 comes by, rest assured, the case will either be over in a week, or they will delay again for another month or so…
This is the style of this COMELEC, to delay, then delay further, such was the case with the Maguindanao Canvass, such will be the case for Lintang Bedol’s “justice”.

Seems to me we can’t expect any closure to the Lintik na Bedol’s case of disappearing Maguindanao votes - the case will be there but not there kind of.

ADB, it’s a false front indeed. The kind of front that Nicodemo Ferrer chooses to share in front of media, but when push comes to shove, they don’t have any power, especially when their own independence is questioned..
What independence, when the orders are coming from the top??
I don’t know how Bedol’s case is going to end, or whether or not it will even end. But the truth is, if COMELEC is allowed to give us the runaround, then the true focus of The Maguindanao Cheating may never come to light…

I buy most of what you say except:
Bedol’s idiotic lawyer is cunning (classic medical definition of low IQ - idiot is lowest rung, moron next, imbecile best)
Neonate, I tend to lump all of these individuals as being idiots… In reality, I am aware that the more appropriate terms for these guys may be cheats, liars, brazen liars, heartless, soulless, without-conscience, and so on and so forth..
I stick to idiot because of their statements which they think will fool us all. Such as Bedol’s line that he was not hiding… idiotic statement, but the person saying is probably lying and thus contributed to the possibility of a re-canvass and more subsequent cheating…
So I guess it’s a matter of preference..
So far so good. Abalos and the rest of the cast has stuck to the script. GMA sure needs the extra pair of hands for the SONA on Monday, this is why the expediency in proclaiming Migz Zubiri.
