Koko Pimentel Sues Poll Supervisor Radam and Martirizar
After weighing in, Koko Pimentel finally sues provincial poll supervisors Lilian Radam of South Cotabato and Yogie Martirizar of North Cotabato. No doubt, if it were not for the the “lost” Maguindanao election documents, Lintang Bedol would be included in this lawsuit.
If you will recall, these three officials went missing after they failed to show up in front of The Comelec sitting as the National Board of Canvassers.
South Cotabato and North Cotabato were re-canvassed and indeed showed that there was dagdag-bawas in terms of votes that were reported, and all favored TEAM Unity candidates.
This could not happen with Maguindanao, because, well, as we all know, Lintang Bedol on May 28, went to the municipal officers and asked for all the election documents, in order for “safekeeping”. The next day, the documents were alledgedly “lost”.
Lintang Bedol announced the loss just recently on Monday. Today, Task Force Maguindanao will continue its closed door investigation into the Maguindanao Anomalies, and focus their inquiry into the who, what, where, when, why, and how these documents went missing.
