Why Filipino Voices Will Be Influential

Never mind that Filipino Voices is already getting 250+ visitors per day, around 700 pageviews per day, and an average of 50+ feed subscribers in just six weeks, but take notice of the deeply thought out articles being written by some of the most talented Filipino bloggers we have today. This is why, I have to insist on my case, that Filipino Voices will go further than anyone has ever gone in The Philippine political blogosphere.

Why? Because it is the power of the collective. With one fell swoop, we can get the views and opinions on the important issues. And because it is not being written by just one blogger, with one mindset, we get the varying degrees of stands on certain aspects of what is happening around us. There is quality in a collective, because focus can be made on the diverse issues, and yet, focus is also being made on single issues.

I believe, as we move forward in the years to come, maybe not exactly by 2010, that the growing sphere of influence coming from The Philippine political blogosphere will finally have an impact on the course of our nation’s history. A tall order indeed, but if the last six weeks is any indicator, Filipino Voices is here to stay, here to influence, and here to make a difference.

  1. With the growth of the Blogosphere. Scammer Politicians will have
a hard time deceiving voters. The Blogosphere can extend to
any Municipality in the country. Not only to inform, but to present
problems to their Municipalities. Whole nation of Bloggers helping
    to formulate solutions.

Imagine, a whole nation of Bloggers informing every Filipino that
can be reached by the internet ? This is a powerful tool to
repair our political and government system.

  2. Watch out for people paid by crooked political candidates spreading
political propagandas and disinformation in the Web Page. They
even spread viruses and malwares in your computers. They are
pigs walking on their hind legs.
