I dont know why i have the thing for Winnipeg. unfortunately I dont have any relatives in Winnipeg that can sponsor me nor friends who can sign the affidavit and thats the only thing that I am lacking.. Can you help me with possible solution for me to be able to Migrate to Manitoba under Provincial Nominee.. I think i like Manitoba because of its fast petition process and cheap cost of living as per Website Post is concern..
