    am a classmate of carmelita enverga and from luzonian now enverga university. my father cesar villariba was a colleague of the late tobias enverga. he wrote about the history of lucena and quezon and published tobias enverga’s article on banahaw.

    am advocating lucena as a glocal learning city. engaging overseas lucenahin and quezonians in re-imagining lucena is part of my advocacy. i gather lifelong learning vignettes of citizens for the historical committee of lucena. any article/ narrative contribution from the lucena families in canada will be valuable.

    i am a volunteer of the entry program here in manitoba,located at 259 portage ave, rm.400,winnipeg ave manitoba. the purpose of the program is to assist not only the filipino newcomers but newcomers from other country as well,my assignment is to contact all filipino organizations so that our office can be of help to our love ones who will be coming here.
