The Death of Moses
I’m not sure where to start, there’s been a lot happening as of late, but the first thing I should tackle is the death of Moses, Charlton Heston to be exact. I remember back in 2001, the man who had played Moses and Ben Hur, two great biblical figures, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, an all too human disease.
I didn’t like Charlton Heston’s politics, as he became the National Rifle Association President in the late 90’s, his position on many issues became too conservative for me. But he was nonetheless, full of integrity. That’s all I will say about Mr. Heston, he died on a Saturday, but he shall remain immortalized in my memory as Moses.
