OFW Perfection
I received an email the other day from a long time friend, she said that she wanted to know something about New York cosmetic surgery, and if there were any good ones in that area. I have some friends in The New York area, so that’s probably why she asked me. But are you kidding me? Aside from Hollywood California, New York is the next best thing when it comes to facial surgery and all that good stuff.
I asked her why she wanted some cosmetic surgery in the first place, and all she said that it was because it had been 10 years since she came back home to The Philippines and she wanted to look good when she arrived.
I really do think, we put so much pressure on our Overseas Filipino Workers. Not only do we want them to remit money to The Philippines, but we expect them to look glamourous and have that western look because hey, they just came from The United States or some other country.
