The Jeepney Magazine
Wanted to write about this before I forgot, it’s about The Jeepney Magazine.
The Jeepney Magazine is published by the Urban Opportunities for Change Foundation, Inc., a non-stock, non-profit, non-political and non-government organization. We are licensed under the Securities and Exchange Commission, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Bureau of Internal Revenues and Department of Trade and Industry.
I will write later about it in detail, as to my thoughts, but it’s an interesting magazine because it only costs P100.00, it is considered a “street magazine”, the vendors who sell it must be poor, the vendors themselves get P50 in profit, and well, the list continues..
The Jeepney Magazine website is here.
Their first issue is available online, along with some stories and background information on some of their vendors… I’m really intrigued by this magazine, I’m glad someone emailed me about it. From the little that I’ve read so far, it’s an interesting look on the street perspective of what is happening in our nation. We can always talk about statistics, about the politicians, the policy, but to get a real look at the impact that is happening at our nation’s capital, in congress, and other government offices, this magazine provides great insight on the street level view.

So can you cite some examples of these purported lies Tony said on behalf of George Bush? Oh, and prove them if you can
