STATEMENT FROM THE FILIPINO PRESS CLUB-DUBAI
STATEMENT FROM THE FILIPINO PRESS CLUB-DUBAI ON THE DEROGATORY ARTICLES OF MALU FERNANDEZ
Ms. Malu Fernandez’s travel columns “From Boracay to Greece†(People Asia, June 2007) and “Am I being a diva? Or do you lack common sense?†(Manila Standard Online, July 30, 2007) continue to draw negative reactions from Filipinos here in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
While we, the Filipino Press Club in the UAE, believe in press freedom and the wide latitude given to writers in expressing their conscience, we believe that Ms. Fernandez and her editors overstepped the bounds of responsibility with these stories.
The incident recounted in her flight via Dubai to Manila in which she berated fellow Filipinos (who had already endured the misfortune of working away from their families) on board Emirates for wearing “cheap†perfumes had no significant bearing to her story.
This particular anecdote did not provide any form of entertainment, learning opportunity or even delightful trivia to the readers. To suggest all Dubai-based OFWs smell awful because they are unable to afford expensive perfumes like the one she’s wearing is high-brow snobbery.
It is the same snobbery stamped on the psyche of some members of the Philippine society’s elite that has caused the yawning gap between our rich and poor, and the economic exodus of which millions of us Filipinos have now become a part.
To enlighten Ms Fernandez and her editors, Consul General Maria Theresa Taguiang from the Philippine Embassy in Abu Dhabi cited unofficial estimates (as of December 2006, submitted to the Philippine Congress) that there are now 250,000 Filipinos in the UAE. Of that figure, 24 percent are professional workers, 35 percent are skilled, 24 percent unskilled and 16.89 percent household workers (housemaids, personal drivers, nannies, cooks, tutors, gardeners, among other household staff).
More local as well as foreign companies in the UAE are employing Filipino workers because of their proficiency in English and admirable work ethics.
A print medium that aspires for relevance in today’s competitive media world cannot hide under the skirt of press freedom for its licentiousness to insult a group of people. One’s freedom to poke her fingers begins where someone else’s nose begins.
Ms Fernandez’s unrepentant response to the barrage of angry reactions from OFWs and their loved ones (“I obviously write for a certain target audience and if what I write offends you, just stop readingâ€), simply adds fuel to the fire.
A nation like the Philippines that aspires for renewal and regeneration needs a responsible press with a high level of sensitivity to all sectors that comprise it.
We strongly demand that the publishers of People Asia and Manila Standard Today to take full responsibility and do the right thing: give Ms Fernandez and her editors a disciplinary action and apologise to the people insulted by these articles.

This is progress, Nick. I saw in my twitter that ANC might cover it and Benj of Atheista.net could be in it
http://twitter.com/atheista/statuses/220687142
Slowly but surely.
In support of the Philippines’ first cyber counterculture movment. We’re only getting started.
Thanks for supporting all OFWS wherever we may be. I hope Ms. Malu Fernandez reads this. I only read her write-up today through a friend.
Yes, I do believe her legs had bruises during her economy class flight because from her physical built, it must have been over-sized for the cramped space. I have been travelling for the past 15 years on economy class but have never gotten any bruise on my flawless skin at all…(dig this Malu!).
Axe and cheap perfumes? How on earth did she know it was Axe? She must have used it before I guess…maybe before she can afford her expensive scents. No way that all OFWs in the plane were wearing cheap perfurmes…because branded ones are very affordable in Dubai, especially during promotion periods…we all know that!
To add humor to her write up by pulling down our social status is very unprofessional. At least this is not what my Journalism professor explained to us what the true meaning of “Press” means.
Malu must have been born with a golden, not silver spoon in her mouth…but this is not what my friends who know her background is telling me. Guess we can also name-drop once in a while, can’t we?
Much to my chagrin (forgive me Malu, I also know the meaning of this word)…I thought she was a tall, blonde, slim diva when I started reading her trashy write up.But when I scrolled down to see her pic, it just didn’t jive with the personality which she was trying hard to flaunt.
Adidas …all terrain? Oh Miss Malu…OFWs do not even give it a second look at all…we prefer to buy more expensive brands when it comes to rubber shoes. You don’t have to write it down.
If you have been away for a year or two and finally was on board to see home…guess you would have been more loquacious than us as your manner of writing suggests. From Greece you can’t wait to be with your buddies to sip your fave cold drinks…well, we can’t also wait for that so sa plane pa lang, hataw na kami. I hope you have experienced the same thrill that we do during our annual leaves. Sa airport pa lang we are ecstatic!
Whatever the color of our skin, our eyes, our hair…or even our blood, there will always be a social class. But a truly educated or rich individual is well mannered, has superb human relations, excellent breeding and can interact with anybody else regardless the “class”. A real ritzy rich individual never flaunt his riches. It is just a part of his system and will not name drop the brands of his accessories. He wears it just because it’s his normal cup of tea.
There’s a hundred and one reason why Malu shouldn’t have written that…perhaos she forgot she was a member of the so-called “Press” and was writing it as what she is made of.
To ask her to apologize is like crying for the moon. A person who loves himself and feels that he is already on top of the world will never do that. He cannot afford to be polite and apologize.
Maybe if she goes back to her roots.. . and I hope I don’t catch her on my next economy flight and smell her wearing Axe! I do believe in Karma…sometimes you are up…sometimes you are down. We maybe down for now…but we have nowhere to go but up. And you Malu…your up now…so you are going down…
Cheers and Mabuhay tayong lahat na OFWs…the Philippines owe us that much…it’s just that a lot of them do not realize that!
I strongly suggest that you, under the UAE civil laws prohibiting incitement and civil unrest, be taken into custody for your infalmatory and inaccurate statements. You are twisting facts to your personal opinion…something which is all Fernandez did. hmmm, how does it sound now?
Here, let me point it out, if you dare approve my comment:
“The incident recounted in her flight via Dubai to Manila in which she berated fellow Filipinos (who had already endured the misfortune of working away from their families) on board Emirates for wearing “cheap†perfumes had no significant bearing to her story.”
1. They are not under any misfortune for familial abscences—that was their decision so they cannot be allowed to use that as some excuse that someone owes them special consideration. Obviously, the money was more important to them than family, or they wouldnt have left.
——–
“To suggest all Dubai-based OFWs smell awful because they are unable to afford expensive perfumes like the one she’s wearing is high-brow snobbery.”
2. You missed the point, or you simply twisted it. No-where in the world does not wearing expensive perfume make you smell awful….UNLESS YOU ARE UN-BATHED TO START WITH. I have flown that flight over 20 times the past 3 years, She did not lie. It smells like horrible body odor with a splash of duty-free cologne.
And the food, why do they insist on taking huge bags of cooked food onboard the nicest economy class in the world?
Sorry if your felings are hurt, but it is NOT a lie.
————–
“More local as well as foreign companies in the UAE are employing Filipino workers because of their proficiency in English and admirable work ethics. ”
3. FALSE – you show your true colors to misrepresent the true situation to your readers by issuing this statement. I have been in charge of the hiring of hundreds of Filipinos…it’s done for one reason only. They can be trusted to not kill us. They are most expectedly not going to be swayed by middle eastern terror groups, even if they’re muslim.
Good work ethic? Compared to who? Middle Easterners?..haha! they have ZERO work ethic…hiring a local in the ME is like throwing money out the window.
Dont get me wrong, I love the Filipino people so much that I recently moved here to the PI. Plan on staying here for the rest of my life except for contracting jobs here and there.
But face it, she did not lie.
hi Nick and to tingog.com, im very proud of what u have achieved here. my recent readings from a a friends blogsite is that Malu Fernandez has resigned from People Asia. Mabrook! well done.
Good news, everyone!
Just read from the online edition of Inquirer and GMA News that Malu Fernandez already tendered her resignation from both Manila Standard and People Asia, together with a letter of apology in which she said, “I am deeply apologetic for my insensitivity and the offensive manner in which this article was written, I hear you all and I am properly rebuked. It was truly not my intention to malign hurt or express prejudice against OFWs.”
Because of “that” article, Fernandez became an overnight “notorius celebrity” and was, she claimed, subjected to hate blogs, a target of death threats and personal insults.
“Our society is bound together by human chains of kindness and decency. I have failed to observe this and I am now reaping the consequences of my actions.” Fernandez said.
With this new development, I am truly proud to claim that with the OFW’s concerted efforts, we can make our voices heard, make people sit up and listen, and tell nitwits like Fernandez that she is only a dot compared to the millions of people who toil and sacrifice away from our loved ones to keep our family, and the Philippines, floating.
Good job, Tingog.Com. Congratulations!
You are short of criminalizing of what most Pinoys are doing.
Get real, Nick! And move on.
It’s about time to face the facts that although the Bills of Rights guarantees that no law shall be passed infringing the Freedom of Speech, the truth is in Philippines, just the Libel and Slander Law still a Criminal offense is one law that infringed such freedom. there there is all kinds of Presidential proclamation and one EO 464.
whereas in our Charter (canada) where all rights are subject to justifiable limits, including libel laws (tort), anti hate law, which is a criminal offense, dicrimination in any forms which is a violation of the Charter itself, freedom of speech still alive and well as compared sans insults and discrimination and hatred.
although ms malu fernandez had decided to resign her position with the papers, the said publication should and perhaps the rest of them, re-examine their policies, regarding discrimination, hates and establish a guideline that the same should not be Repeated…it’s a shameful experience that even in this country where it could be expected because of too many different kind of cultures, never has to experience yet…
I for one, do not believe that that stupid apology – from whatever the bloody hell her name is – was for real. That was done because of death threats and not because she was sorry for insulting us. She does not dictate as to when this whole thing is over – she does not control us by simply plastering her purported apologies then it’s over tra-lala let’s dance again. HELL NO!!! I support Nick! Let’s move on to her bosses and her socialite friends!
geez,
grow up…that is just one person’s view of things…and it was meant to be funny…can’t pinoys laught at themselves anymore? and its true, filipinos are a noisy bunch at airports…can’t we take the truth, we are noisy, we shout across the room, across plane cabins…thats the way we are, some people find it irritating and you cant blame them…relax people
Before she even thought of resigning, the “manila standard today”, as well as “people asia magazine”, should have FIRED HER!
The Editors of Manila Standrad Today and People Asia Magazine should have not allowed the articles to be published in the first place. The Editors should be fired as well. Well, I must say, if they have delicadeza left, they should have resigned the moment protest started. The atrticle have been published in June and it’s already end of August.
I find her gibberish article funny. That’s all. I’m not hurt, whatsoever coz i know she’s exaggerating some things if not all of it (I know better coz I AM AN OFW myself). Just by reading her article, you can see she’s the kind of person not worth our time. I wonder how she even became a journalist when she doesn’t even have the right choice of words. She’s a trying hard, social-climber that is totally CHEAP. Mas mahal pa ang AXE! Hehehe… Thanks for making us laugh, Malu! You’re one CHEAP DIVA who deserves our sympathy. After all, you’re a fellow Filipino too. So, apology accepted.
Cheer up fellow OFWs!

Malu, resignation is not an answer para tumahimik ang buhay.
I believe that the article was written so natural. It is basically a character of malu ….how she sees things around her, how she hates insects and bugs and how uncomfortable it is to her when travelling in an economy class. She was basically writing her very own travel experience …… walang pa cute & no pretentions. It may be offensive to some but the article was not directly attacking to OFWs. As a whole, the article was simply a travel experience with humps and bumps along the way. If you are to write about your travel experience from Doha to Industrial area via CARWA BUS ….. I am pretty sure the other race might not like reading your experience. So basically guys …… dont take too personal. We too sometime do things we dont mean to offend anyone. This is just my view.
a spark not extinguished sooner will grow into a raging fire. hitler and all other bigots started with seemingly innocent and harmless contentions of hatred and discrimination and let repeated people become synthesized and can no longer distinguish the danger such will eventually grow and become so uncontrollable. it is easy for anyone to be truthful to themselves and say whatever their own experiences and observations around them, but once that freedom of expression is crossed and expression becomes the vehicles to promote hatred and to humiliate others without useful purposes but to satisfy one’s ego then the human kind is no longer deserving the word Human.
for every freedom we have, we also have to be responsible not to loss it. we can never be sure if ms fernandez did not make up those stories, only herself will know. so many writers can no longer tell if they are writing their own opinions, facts or fictions and since in a country where just about every institution, starting from the Top position in the land, to its justice system, police and prosecutors and political leaders are not as we expected in a True working democracy where the rule of law reign and all is treated equally before and under the law, anyone can just do what they want and most can get away with it.
Marcos did get away with it. and thousands of others…
What sheer bigotry!
I read about Malu Fernandez’ apology. I am more outraged when she said that she only meant to be witty and what she wrote as a light joke. We weren’t born yesterday. She wrote the insults twice in the same article! She just HAD to repeat it! The nerve!
I’m relieved that the Standard has removed her. I wonder about People Asia.
I am surprised that People Asia even tolerated such writing to begin with. For doing so in the first place, the Magazine should be boycotted! Readers should not tolerate media outfits who allow such content vs OFWs
If ever she’s not an actual Filipino citizen — she should be deported.
Malu: I hope she realizes that it is the OFW’s who are keeping the Philippine economy afloat, and whether you recognize it or not — these modern-day heroes (because they really are) have allowed you to enjoy your carefree, mata-pobre lifestyle. Get out of this country!
Mabuhay ang mga OFW!
It is indeed very unfortunate, very depressing and insulting that such “nuts and garbage columns” will be authored by a Filipino herself and be allowed to be published.
I worked in Dubai for 7 years and been on Emirates flight from to Manila and Dubai and such description are full of excessive malicious rhetorics from a downthroden journalist pretending to be rich..This is disgusting and no place in a civilised society and reflects gross irresponsible journalism.
She should be prosecuted and publisher and editor where she worked suffer its consequences.
SAINTHOOD— Just to let you know Malou that the intelligence of a certain person cannot be measured by means of his /her cleverness in writing article….and i hope the Philippine Press Club,Commssion on Human Rights,Press Secretary of Her Excellency Pres. Arroyo read your column so that they can summon your boss and file an administrative cases against you and your pea brain editor
When i saw your picture on in the internet my jaw dropped as in am completely gobsmacked i couldnt believe that a pig brain, ups sorry a piglet brain like you could come up to such thing like that… talagang lumaglag ang baba at panga ko and do you want to know the reason why….beacuse i think the reason why you’d done that is beacuse your career is in the brink of nowhere to recover and will soon collapsed so you find ways on how to get back on the right track again— and that is by WAY of critising the OFW,honestly speaking your are like a matrona an old lady looking for young guys seeking and looking for temporary pleasure and happiness…cut the story short my simple advice “”GET A GRIP “”
IM BASED IN U.K. AND SABIHIN NATING ISA LANG LAMANG NAMAN PO AKONG WELL RESPECTED DITO SA BANSANG ENGLATERA—DI PO AKO O.F.W. PERO NARARAMDAMAN KO ANG BIGAT NG MGA BOSES NILA AT PARA SA IYO MALOU– ISANG ADMINISTRATIVE CASE AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND KELANGAN AT DAPAT YUNG EDITOR MU AY MAG PUBLISH NG FRONT PAGE “HEADLINE SEEKING FOR AN APOLOGY” IF NOT THE PARTYLIST WHO HANDLES THE O.F.W. WILL ACTION IT and THE WHOLE FILIPINO COMMUNITY WILL UNITE JUST TO GET YOU..
Firing you is not the answer to correct your pig bloated attitude…
BUT I THINK 30 SECONDS OR 1 MINUTE OF NATION WIDE TELEVISED FEATURING YOU AND YOUR LOW I.Q.EDITOR ASKING AND SEEKING FOR FORGIVENESS WOULD BE ENOUGH…
TO ADD: $7 BILLION LANG PO NAMAN ANG CONTRIBUTION NG MGA HERONG O.F.W SA ECONOMIYA NG PINAS, YAN PO AY FROM JAN TO JULY ‘07
AT YOUR SERVICE,

hey guys,
i am impressed…see, the same thing that you “shocked” you in malu’s article, its the very same thing your doing, but this time its not funny because there is the intent of revenge…don’t you see it, she was writing that to be flippant, funny, pinoy about the whole thing…i am an ofw also, and i say, so what, can’t we laugh about things anymore???

I always believe that things happen for a reason. So, in my opinion, here are the 10 things that came out of the malu fernandez debacle if not, have been elevated to a much higher profile by now:
http://reynaelena.com/2007/08/26/10-things-that-came-out-of-the-malu-fernandez-debacle/
seen this yet?
http://www.manilastandardtoday.com/?page=ritaLindaJimeno_aug27_2007
it’s the closest to an official apology from the manila standard.
I think she deserves to be put in a pig pen. Why don’t we sue her with Moral Defamation, Slander or Libel. As per numerous blogs I think a lot of OFW’s suffered from anxiety, depression, hypertension and other stress related conditions brought about by her nit-wit article/s. With the number of affected complainants, let’s say to a minimum of 500. i’m pretty sure she’ll be massaging bars at a local jail. tsk..tsk.. Why don’t we go ahead and show her a lesson she won’t forget. What do you think people?
Juan Sipag
Comment to Mr. River Areco,
Well Sir, well respected Sir. We are human beings that deserve to feel anger and do revenge in a proper manner. Are you an OFW? Is your dignity as an OFW had not been ruined for Malu’s article? and a simple “SO WHAT” is the only answer to defend your honour?
Think of the word “OFW” and give value and respect such word to yourself because if you are a real OFW-as you said, than you’ll know you have pride and honor deserve to be respected, and worthy to be respected.
Well, OFW might fight/destroy each other’s dignity, yet it would be acceptable since they have the same honor for themselves being cared for…however, for this alien Malu who’s nothing and never known the word OFW…who thinks people around her on the plane (which she categorically mentioned “OFW”) were like fires of hell, should deserve and need to be condenmed.
Seek yourself Man as OFW. See your face on the mirror…and think that you were among the passenger (OFW) on the plane during Malu’s trip, and read back Malu’s article…a simple “SO What” for you is enough? Think the power/impact of the article.
Well, maybe, you were not a journalist since high school or never had experience writing an article. It seemed you don’t know the impact of it.
It is so funny. Malu is one person who did wrong on a certain issue . She was sorry for it. She even left her job becuase she believed it was the only way to pacify the dissappointed readers. No one would really know what she is going thru by now. I am not syphatizing but I emphatize. The humiliations she got not just from a couple of readers but it was a global. To be honest, I tooo was deeply affected by her article .I condemned her for the action she made but trully I never would condemn her as a person. This is because I am a filipino and I a was raised in a culture or lets say a family that taught me to be forgiving. Let us move on with our lives guys. I am pretty sure we’eve got lots of things to do other than picking on Malu’s mistake.
As I am cruising the web, I come accros an article written by Malu Fernandez way back April 16, 2007 in the Manila Standard publication (www.manilastandardtoday.com/?page=goodLife2_april16_2007). This article is far more earlier than the article she wrote in People’s Asia (July 30, 2007)
Frankly speaking (being OFW myself), Im not at all affected by her bigotry, though Im sorry, neither I find it hard to accept her apology co’z it lack’s sincerity.
Im sure MF is not at all affected by all hate mails and blogs, co’z she expect this to happen. Note what she said “Call me whatever you like…”
Now read below the 1st Paragraph excerpt from her column, and see how she stressed the word “ALL” and gave hard emphasis of ALL stinking OFW…
TITLE: “Are you a stinky linky? Or do you smell like a divine divalicious babe?
By Malu Fernandez
As all of you know I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in the Mediterranean. To cut on some costs for this impromptu vacation I was forced to fly economy class which I absolutely do not wish on my worst enemy. I was, however, encouraged by my travel agent to try out Emirates since it won the best economy class, so with great trepidation I flew on Emirates via Dubai, completely forgetting that Dubai is the hub for all the Filipino migrant workers. Call me whatever you like but when you are trapped in economy class that is filled to the brim with migrant workers the smell gets a little funky after nine hours of flying.
Is this a joke or what? It seems editor(s) of Manila Standard is fully aware of this bigotry…. SAD how some of our own daily newspaper is allowing insult to us OFW.
To Ms. Malu Fernandez,
You’re a genuine BIGOT, and you cannot fool us with your apology. Your name will echo forever in every flight all over the globe, I pity you and please watch your next flight anywhere in the world… and for God’s sake, please leave us alone!
Sincerely yours,
Stinky Linky
I AGREE WITH SAINTHOOD:
ISANG ADMINISTRATIVE CASE AND DISCIPLINARY ACTION AND KELANGAN AT DAPAT YUNG EDITOR MU AY MAG PUBLISH NG FRONT PAGE “HEADLINE SEEKING FOR AN APOLOGY†IF NOT THE PARTYLIST WHO HANDLES THE O.F.W. WILL ACTION IT and THE WHOLE FILIPINO COMMUNITY WILL UNITE JUST TO GET YOU..

BUT I THINK 30 SECONDS OR 1 MINUTE OF NATION WIDE TELEVISED FEATURING YOU AND YOUR LOW I.Q.EDITOR ASKING AND SEEKING FOR FORGIVENESS WOULD BE ENOUGH…
I believed majority of the OFW will be waiting for this to happen. Let’s join hands and give Malu a doze of her own medicine, give her the experience on how it feels to be humiliated ONLINE as what she did to us OFW’s.
[...] personalities and organizations, thus the issue was raised to.certain organizations including the Filipino Press Club in Dubai which greatly helped in eventually having mainstream media finally picking up the [...]
There’s a fine line between acerbic humor and bigotry. And Malu Fernandez is just one of the many out there who make fun of the less priviledged ones and the middle class.
Let’s try to get a grip now.
Let’s not argue on who’s right and who’s not. It’s time to unite and be calm. And let’s hope that everyone will learn from one person’s mistake.
We love and respect the OFWs, no doubt. But let’s not hate and argue with each other just because we have different opinions. The best thing we can do now is pray for peace and prosperity in the Philippines.
Regards to all!
when i read her article “if i can consider it an article”, i felt terribly bad and felt like something struct me inside. i am an ofw myself for 13 long years. i can afford to buy expensive perfumes but i just treated this expensive perfumes as my gift for my loved ones back in the Philippines, most especially to my beloved mother. i can afford to buy for myself, but due to my migraine, sometimes i prefer not to use any even my favourite perfume channel no. 5!
what malu wrote can be funny for her but insult to others. that is why our mothers often tells us “if you don’t have good things to say and if you think it can only cause trouble or create a big fire, better not to open your mouth”!
i think this is what you should have think first malu fernandez. i don’t think you are witty at all, since the point of your write up is to insult those ofw’s who are working hard and for your informations that we contributed a lot to our economy. how about you? what do you think you contributed so far?
you and your editor should be ashamed of yourself because at your age and been writing for long years, but until now you still didn’t know which words can be use in order not to offend any. both of you did not offend one people only, but the whole nation i guess. you are lucky for not being one like us, working away from our loved ones which is not easy to do but we have to endure because we have dreams that we wanted to reach. but with your character, i guess, we are more lucky than you because we are not a trying hard socialite like you who’s in mind to belong to those rich people and be in company of those who haves. i pitty you for having such a character and if i were you, you have to change the blood running in your veins. so many blood center in the Philippines, but go to the one i know made especially for you, “dog blood center of the Philippines”. don’t worry malu fernandez, all the dogs donor there were using very expensive perfumes, same brand that you are using.
WE GO OUT AND BASICLLY WANT TO SEE WHAT IS OUTSIDE THE WORLD OF OUR COUNTRY. BUT VERY FEW UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF IT. WE ALL HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OUR NATION. THE BEAUTY AND SUCCESS OF OUR NATION DEPENDS ON OUR HELP AND DEDICATION AS WELL AS DEVOTION TO IT. WE DONT ADMIRE OTHER COUNTRIES BECAUSE THEY HAVE CITIZENS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING THEM BETTER. WE HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAKING OUR NATION BETTER AND THAT DOESNT ABSOLUTELY MEAN THAT WE WORK OVERSEAS TO SURVIVE. THAT SIMPLY WILL NOT WORK AT ALL. PEOPLE WORK HARD INSIDE THEIR RESPECTIVE COUNTRIES IN ORDER FOR THEM TO BE ON TOP. HARD WORK AND PRIDE OF OUR NATION WILL MEAN RESPECT.
THE SUCCESS OF OUR NATION DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH WE GIVE INTO IT, OUR KNOWLEDGE, OUR BELIEF, OUR PRINCIPLE. IT IS NOT HOW MUCH WE WORK ABROAD AND BE SLAVE.
SUCCESS AND MONEY IS TRULY JUST WITHIN OUR COUNTRY. WE JUST HAVE TO LOOK FOR IT WITH OPEN EYES!!! AFTER ALL OUR BEAUTY IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN FEW DOLLARS OF MONEY BY WORKING ABROAD IN EXTRAORDINARILY ABNORMAL WORKING AND WEATHER CONDITIONS.
