This 15 second political advertisement for Noynoy is by far one of the quickest video so far. But it’s far more effective than some of the other videos or commercial campaigns that other Senate candidates have made. Cory’s cameo seals the deal for this video.

Mike Defensor’s television advertisement for his 2007 Senate campaign. It’s dramatic, seems to be effective, but the message seems to be empty to me.

Cesar Montano is one of my favorite actors in The Philippines, I really hate that he had to run for Senate, but I have to respect his courage to run, too bad he had to team up with the wrong party. I’m not really sure what his platform is, but considering that he didn’t [...]

I have to admit I never knew that Nikki’s real name was Anna Dominique, but it’s a great name. Here’s her political commercial for her 2007 senate run. In the end, I think it’s really down to earth.

I have to admit, Ralph Recto’s television commercials are specific and actually talks about specific issues. This specific video is regarding the VAT law. And once again, maybe Noli DeCastro’s emphatic endorsement in the end will also give him an edge in the elections.

Again, this 2007 election, Ping Lacson will probably be in the top 5. He’s a popular candidate and shouldn’t be in any worry with regards to [...]

Without fail, every time there is an incident of grave shootings in The United States, there seems to be a heated debate as to whether or not there should be more gun restrictions in place.
On one side you have the conservative views of people’s right to bear arms and that there should not be an [...]

The decision by NBC to air snippets of the video that was sent to them by Cho Seung-Hui caused much heated debates and a public backlash. In fact, all day Thursday, NBC has had to time and time again defend its decision to air the video.
I’m not so sure it was wrong for NBC [...]

In the two hour period between the first shooting and the second shooting, Cho Seung-Hui managed to deliver a package to NBC, one of the major News Stations in The United States. In this package were pictures, letters, as well as video giving a sense of just how mentally ill this person was.
The video [...]

Over at Six Degrees of Inspiration, I have been writing about the Virginia Tech tragedy that claimed the lives of 33 individuals. After the initial shock, I think the more overwhelming feeling was that of sorrow, anguish, and deep sadness. There have been speculations floating around for the last 24 hours or so, [...]

The following TV commercial for Gringo Honasan’s 2007 Senate Campaign is consistent with how he tries to portray himself in Philippine politics. So called “unselfish” acts of heroism. This political ad is supposed to bring to light the sacrifices that Honasan has made for his nation. Do you believe any of it?

Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, Round 4, Round 5, Round 6, Round 7, Round 8
There was an accidental headbutt in this round, and Manny received a cut on his left eye area, but continued with the fight. I was worried when Pacquiao received the cut, because that sometimes means that the fighter won’t [...]
