And here’s some background reporting on the the video during its media release… too bad, there weren’t any popcorn being passed around.

This Political advertisement is really way too long. I guess 30 seconds is not enough, but I really think he may be wasting his money on this ad. Vic Magsaysay is running with TEAM UNITY and although he may be running with a powerful political machinery, I doubt that he will make it […]

While Bush says that a pullout of American Soldiers is a decision in “Cut and Run”, he lauds the decision of the British drawing down their support as a success.
In other CONTRADICTIONS: As Conservatives blast the democrats for their non binding resolution against the troop surge in Iraq, Secretary Rice is using the exact […]

UN blames military for political slays, this is actually good news. The word is spreading and slowly spreading into mainstream media, not exactly in The Philippines, but in the rest of the world. I actually heard news about the statement, in public radio, here in The U.S., so this is definitely being taken […]

Here’s a quick thought regarding Cesar Montano getting a crash course in politics:
The story that came out that Cesar Montano is going to get a crash course in politics and governance, begs the question, just who exactly is going to give him the course? The wrong review center, can sometimes be the defining decision […]

Ellen writes of recent reports of bribery offered to Trillanes.
Detained Navy Lt. SG Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes was recently offered campaign funds amounting to P4 million by a known jueteng lord. Despite meager funds, certainly not enough to finance a full-blown TV ad campaign, the senatorial candidate of GO refused the offer. (via)

Peace, in the sense of the absence of war, is of little value to someone who is dying of hunger or cold. It will not remove the pain of torture inflicted on a prisoner of conscience. It does not comfort those who have lost their loved ones in floods caused by senseless deforestation in a […]

Among all the Administration candidates, Joker Arroyo is one that would probably get my vote. Although I wish he did not have to be in the TU party, I’m not sure that he’s loyal to GMA either. In the end, he may have enough integrity to be independent of the current administration. […]

Is it enough for us to work for a better life? What does it mean to work, if all you do is stay in the status quo? Or worse, lose the the little that you had to begin with?
I look all around me, but cannot see the promises, […]

I was in the mall the other day, and I saw a person wearing a political t-shirt. Here’s what it said.

Does anyone have one for A.R.R.O.Y.O?
